The spreader midsection is rigid (nylon with a reinforced bar underneath) so the wearer cannot adjust their position. Integrated cuffs secure using heavy duty Velcro.

The ankles are 16 inches apart and the wrists are 9 inches apart. Lighter than a metal spreader bar.
